This is a great workout to work your chest... notice you don't need a bench. You can use the arm rest on the couch along with a pilates ball as other home options to do this workout routine
If you want to just tone 3 sets of 10 If you want rip your Chest 4 sets of 30 If you can't complete the 4 sets of 30 you are using a too heavy of weight... lower the weight to complete the workout |
