I know people use weights to do this routine. You can use a grocery bag full of clothes or any item you have around the house that will add resistance to your workout.
If you want to just tone 3 sets of 10 If you want rip your arms 4 sets of 30 If you can't do the 4 sets of 30, your using too much weight lower your weight resistance and finish the workout. |
