Without using any of my real friends, I just started posting pictures and posting YouTube videos. In the beginning I was interacting with only myself most of the time.
Some how people found me on Facebook but not on Google+ or Twitter at the time. I spent much of my time on Facebook but soon that became boring. Around the same time Google+ started picking up. Then I met a friend and I was going through her friends list and just started following everyone who was following her. That changed everything. Next thing I knew 11 Google+ followers turned into 4000 in a matter of no time.
Google+ had 4000 followers & Facebook had 60 friends
A huge help with everything is Dana R Arevalo guiding me in how to build my website and tips and tricks to make my website more efficient. She is a Google author and has written a very successful blog on Yahoo.
Some of the Google+ family i have grown closest with like Marie Lampi, Fred Fernando, Mike McGowen also use Facebook as well. So we became friends on Facebook. Fred Fernando was the first person to follow and friend me on all my Social Media locations.
I noticed Mike McGowen had friends on Facebook that were runners, and i run everyday for a hour. So i started friending them. Shortly i met Lisa Buohler (blog coming about Lisa shortly what an amazing story of never giving up). I then saw on her friends list Darcy Cupp because of my love for Health and Fitness, So I friended her as well. Things snow balled from her where I am became friends with Kimberly Dickson, Katie IronAngel, Holly Chambliss, Holly Elizabeth, Emma Williams and this list goes on and on. Next thing i knew I was being friended like crazy. One day I gained 600 Facebook friends and the world hasn't been the same since.
I don't know how it happened but one person ask "can i get a signed poster of you?". I was like "WHAT???!!!!" Do you not realize i am a nobody student that can't get a job? He responded "yeah i don't care". Then a week later someone asked for a calendar. the shock was the same, "ARE YOU KIDDING!?" I just ordered posters and signed them (check out my Promotional Material page).
Now i have friends from all around the world who i cherish and may never meet, but now are very special to me nonetheless.
I am a simple girl from a small town who created an entire Social Media life from nothing, but i am living the life. :)
Pushups are proof positive that gravity makes your body one hell of a workout tool. Which is fan-freakin'-tastic, because getting to the gym--or even locating your own dumbbells (need a forensic detective?)--isn't always realistic.

Many benefits come with the territory of whole body vibration.
Muscles Rapid strength gains have been uncovered in medical research. This vibration platform vibrates up and down, side to side, up to 50 times per second. This forces the muscles to create “fast twitch motion”, creating stability. Scientific studies have compared a 10-minute work out on the whole body vibration platform to be equivalent to a 1-hour work out the conventional way.
Weight Loss Vibration platforms work out the muscles just like a normal work out, but in an accelerated amount of time. This means more muscle mass than if a person were to not exercise at all. At rest, muscle still burns fat, faster than fat burning fat at rest. If you are a person who exercises regularly, or a person who has a physical hindrance, the vibration platform can help you increase your muscle mass, thus allowing you to have a high resting metabolism, burning fat even while sitting!
Firming and Toning Losing weight does not mean only losing fat. The body does not discriminate between fat and muscle. Therefore, if you should lose weight, you will also lose a small percentage of lean muscle, which is the most difficult to replenish. To replace this lean muscle, one must do resistance exercise. This resistance comes from your body resisting the torque this vibration platform exerts on your body.
Beauty Regime This skin is the largest organ in the human body. But it is not the only organ that requires oxygenation. Whole body vibration systems improve and increase whole body oxygenation. Circulation improvements carry vital nutrients to all organs in the body and assist in flushing the body of all toxins. This increased oxygenation also improves collagen production that results in firmer, smoother skin and a reduction in cellulite.
Bone Density Bone density decreases as we age. Research has shown women over the age of 39, especially post-menopausal, lost bone density twice as quickly as men. Research has shown that maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle helps maintain bone density.
Rehabilitation Purposes Whole body vibration has been proven to help people with limited motion. This vibration system is very easy on joints allowing people with knee problems or joint issues to have a safe work out. People suffering from fibromyalgia, who have experienced spinal cord injuries or have back pain can all experience a positive impact when utilizing the vibration platform. Vibration exercise as a rehabilitation tool has seen the increase in blood flow cause an increase in human growth hormone which has been shown to repair and regenerate soft tissue.

The Les Mills Pump changes the thinking of lifting weights. The most common thinking is to lift heavy weight for 8 to 12 reps bringing your muscles to fatigue. But Les Mills uses a completely different theory called The Rep Effect. With this theory you fatigue your muscles using light to moderate weights at a higher rate of repetition. The Les Mills Pump changes the position, and speed of your movements while using lighter weight.
With the Les Mills Pump workout you will perform between 70 and 80 reps per body part. That totals about 800 reps in a single workout, which is 4 times more than a traditional weight workout. The Pump workout encourages 3 Les Mills Pump exercises per week and 2 or 3 other workouts such as cardio, Flow (for active recovery), or Hard Core Abs (for concentrated core work). The Deluxe edition includes 3 additional workouts Step, Sports Attack, and Combat.
